Just tell me it wasn't a ribeye!
Ribeye's will never go in my freezer. That's a buy and cook cut.

So should have been what was wasted: 2 pretty bone in lamb shanks. Usually roast them in wine and a mirepox and serve them over rice, but these are ruined.

Ticked I woke up drunk and couldn't find my phone. When I did find it there was a lock on the phone and I was drunk when I locked it so I have no idea what the code is. FML.

This is when my Mother would say, "And what did we learn?".

I think alum foil is the only sure thing to prevent freezer burns. That and maybe those vac packs.

Well I bought a half a cow, that's the only reason I have frozen ribeye's! ;)

:( : Rather annoying situation at work. There's this girl I work with who nobody likes (because she's a bossy jerk). I've been trying to keep from having any conflicts with her for the past three months, but last Saturday I reached my limit and told her what was what. Now she hates me and I still have to work with her for the foreseeable future.

What's strange is that my boss doesn't like her either, but for some reason he won't get rid of her.

Insert Mother in Law joke...here.

If I had an huge freezer to keep in my shed, I'd probably purchase half sides as well. It is always reassuring to know the meat you are eating came from one animal and not processed with who knows what.

I don't think you have any clue how hungry you are now making me. Ah, bone in standing rib roast is a perfectly could reason to kill an animal.

Companies have to be careful about firing people unless they break a rule because otherwise there's unemployment to worry about. At my work there have been some bad apples that couldn't do their job worth crap. Took forever to get rid of them because needed to have a clear rule violation. I hated it too as I often was left with their messes to clean up after they pissed off customers by doing their job poorly.

Smile I figured it out and realized I ran into my super cute lady friend Anna and am in the process of making sexy plans with her now.
