FireShark (Truxton but no FireShark!)
Valis III
After Burner II
Sparkster (Not as good as RKA sure, but a great game)
Phantom 2040
Soldiers of Fortune
Starflight (My favorite version of this game)
Ms. Pac-Man (One of the best versions! The turbo button!)
The Adventures of Batman and Robin
I think if anything is taken from this thread it should be that the Genesis/MD had lots of amazing games.
