Fahrenheit started out promising, then turned batshit insane halfway through the game. Never bother to finished it..

One thing that stuck out to me for the original Syberia was that it was one of the few oXbox games to run in 1080i resolution, which is pretty impressive for the system. As for the game, though; I played a little bit of the game, and I found it to be suspect to the same pitfalls that plague Adventure games that were not planned out carefully. If you want to play a great Adventure game for the oXbox, I really have to recommend Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, which has already been mentioned in this thread. Seriously, it is one of the few modern P&C Adventure games that I can really call progressive in its mechanics.
