I would love to see some guides on fitness training, power lifting, & vegan cooking. A high percentage of gamers are couch potatoes who should change their ways.

Can't tell if trolling....
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

PM me. Normally I don't work for free but if you give me some background information about your current lifestyle including diet and exercise then I can give you a few basic tips.

You're absolutely right that many gamers are couch potatoes and one of the reasons I got into the fitness industry is that I as a gamer want to help break the stereotype that gamers are lazy and lack athletic ability.

Those aren't equivalent stereotypes, nor must they be seen as negative. Athleticism is extremely overrated, and plenty of hobbies (TV, reading, etc.) are far more sedintary.

But Athleticism helps keep people healthy both physically and emotionally. It's not just a hobby, it's a lifestyle. The way I see it you should work out and then game while you're letting your body recover so as to not overtrain.

plenty of athletic people die young, often for reasons related to maintaining their athleticism. Being healthy isn't the same as being athletic, and people often push it to excess just like any other hobby...

Plenty of people run across the freeway wearing blindfolds and survive. What's your point? There are outliers in every case and it is scientifically proven that regular exercise(not overexercise) improves your health in many ways such as reducing your risk of cardiovascular disease(number 1 killer in America), reducing risk of type 2 diabetes, reducing the risk of cancer, reducing risk of a stroke. The list goes on and on. Please, for your own sake don't try to argue with me on this one or else you're going to be very mad.

Not 100% true. Plenty of people have become addicted to being athletic and it had a major negative impact on their life. Muscle tearing beyond repair, hearts exploding, organs giving out, bone and joint wear.

Edit: Yeah this

Really, is everything black and white to you? Yes, of course it's possible for people to overexercise but the solution to that is not to declare exercise as being overrated and ineffective because a sedentary lifestyle kills far FAR more people than over-exercise ever did.

It's like saying people shouldn't drive since people have gotten killed in car wrecks.
