Hope you aren't planning on running tonight.
Nope. I do it every other night. For variety's sake, I use one of those bike-type exercise machines on the off days.

Eating microwaved left over Little Caesar pizza sounds like eating a microwaved left over McDouble. Affordable, quick, convenient but kind of yucky.

I understand both the love and hate for Little Caesar's Pizza and actually find it really interesting how polar people are on their view of the joints. Price points give me a brain boner, and I enjoy comparing fast food advertised prices.

For example, what would you buy with five bucks:

McDonalds: $5.00usd 20 McNuggets
Little Caesar's: $5.00usd 1 Large Cheese/Pepperoni Pizza
Hardee's/Carl Jr.'s: $5.00usd Two double cheeseburgers, fries, a fried apple pie and a 20-oz. beverage

What, really? Carl's jr is crazy expensive around here, just fries and a drink run me $5! A meal like that would cost closer to $12

Then again, I am not aware of their double cheeseburger. How much does that cost?

Jack in the box is a good one. $5usd = 10 soy paste tacos.

Just had a vega protein shake after doing some front squats and incline benching at the gym today.
Pretty good stuff, 25 grams of vegan branched chain amino acids and glutamine. Feel great after having consumed it.

Had a homemade Egg McMuffin.

Oversized English Muffin, fried egg, nicely seared ham steak, cut with a cookie cutter in a neat circle, fresh shredded co-jack cheese and a dab of hollandaise sauce.

Excellence.

Sounds a lot more like eggs benedict than an Egg McMuffin.

I had a cucumber for breakfast. I had one left over from a cucumber salad I made, and ate the cuke whole, like an unpeeled banana. To be honest, I'll probably do it again...depending on how it affects my stomach.

Much better than the last New Deal!

Will definitely take advantage of this healthy meal choice.

To celebrate the past 24 hours spent finalizing another paper, I think I'm going to have a pizza, wings, and beer night.

Mrs. Bone is in New Jersey until Sunday. I can't be the only one who hates cooking for one person. I see lots of Subway in my immediate future. 8)
