Could anyone help me out with a DC boot disk?

I don't have internet in my apartment (I use the library), so I cant download a boot disk to play imports. I was hoping somebody out there could burn one and send it to me. I'd be happy to send you a few bucks for it as well as cover shipping.

I really wanna get some Japanese Dreamcast stuff but am helpless. Can you good folks help me out?
