Battlantis springs to mind. I wasn't wild about it, but I'm also not a huge fan of Galaga-like shooters in general.
I know it's in "Game Room" for Xbox 360, I'm not sure if it's exists on other platforms.

That particular SI I have never seen. Perhaps that was why the arcade game was titled SUPER Space Invaders 91? Anyways, MJ12/SSI/SI Part 4 was very much like Galaga '88 in spots so it's definitely not one to miss. Both Space Invaders Extreme games are pretty great. 2 is slightly better though also easier than 1.
Galaga '88 is probably my favorite Galaga.
That Mega Drive Space Invaders 91 that was posted is a very good game, a neat 16-bit spin on the classic.
