Uh oh, we've got a math genius on our hands.

Every Slayer album other than Undisputed Attitude is worth a listen and has decent tracks. The quality declined post-Seasons but there is definitely some worthwhile thrash in pretty much every one of their albums. Christ Illusion in particular is very good for a modern thrash album. I say this as not much of a Slayer fan.

Wii u - i havent even finished mario galaxy 1 yet.
Xbox - more gritty first person shooters?
Ps3 - jak 4 is the only thing that could make me spend another 250 on a console I don't need
3ds - Blah

Sorry, but when you still have a list of over 100 retro games to collect, more $60 games (that will be $20 in a year) just dont interest me much. I'm sure Ill look at some of the coverage and at least 1 or two things will end up interesting me, but the only thing I'm on the edge of my seat for is Breaking Bad and The Dark Knight Rises.

Yeah, I'm just really not feeling it with E3 this year. 'Course, E3 always seems to sneak up on me every other year, so actually being on top of everything is certainly... different.

Really don't care what Microsoft or Sony will have to say. I am interested to hear more about the Wii U, but that's because I'm hoping I'll hear something that will sell me on the system. Other than that, I just want to know what will be announced for 3DS (Majora's Mask 3D, please!).

No idea. I'm not really a big supporter of DLC.

I actually prefer Fallout 1 and 2 over 3 and New Vegas, although I do like 3 and NV (3 a fair bit more).

If you don't like games, then what are you even doing on a gaming site? E3 is about the games! Yeah, baby! How can you not be excited? You aren't a TRUE gamer!!!1!!1!!

I'm continuing the Slayer discussion because the parallel to games is exactly the same: I'd rather not waste my time on something that is merely "kind of good".

The Game of the Year edition of Fallout 3 includes the DLC packs.

It's fairly typical for Bethesda to release a double-dip of their RPGs with all the DLC included - Morrowind and Oblivion both have GoTY editions as well, and Fallout New Vegas has the Ultimate Edition.

Sure. But there are great releases in both music and games basically every year. Not being aware of them doesn't make them not exist, but deliberately ignoring new or old generations just means one is even less likely to find them.

I'm not disagreeing, but then I never said any of that.

It's the line of thinking that the Slayer analogy was going with, from what I could tell. :|
