Ok, finally beat Misery in Cave Story to find that there's another boss right after her and no way to power-up or save the game before him. Nice. :?

I'd give you advice, but I seriously have no idea how I beat that part.

I *think* I wanna finally use that item that I was given that refills my life right? But damn, I've always hated these "two-bosses-and-if-you-die-you-gotta-do-it-over-again" things in games.

I think I used mine at that part as well, if I didn't waste it on that damn cave with all the spikes.

yeah that cave sucked. I will say, as hard as the game has gotten I feel like practice will see you through. I'm just not a huge fan of having to re-play parts over and over again.

I tried to warn you... That's exactly why I don't like Cave Story.
The boss battle you're on is only going to get worse, by the way.

1. Castlevania 64 [Nintendo 64] (beaten)
2. Breath of Fire [SNES]
3. Street Fighter Alpha 3 [PlayStation 2 via Alpha Anthology]
4. Silent Hill [PlayStation]
5. StarFox [SNES]
6. Tech Romancer [Dreamcast]
7. Donkey Kong Country 3 [SNES] (beaten)
8. Super Mario 3 [SNES via Mario All-Stars]
9. Shadow of the Colossus [PlayStation 2]
10. Batman [NES]

Ok, I've reached the ending of Donkey Kong Country 3...not the true ending you get at 100%, but the one you reach for making it through the main levels. I'm close to the true ending though...currently I'm sitting at 90%. I feel like I will persevere and get that final 10% too, as I just managed to unlock everything in the level I hate the most in the game (hint for those who played it: lightning). I love the way DKC3 tells you whether there are bonus coins or a DK coin left in the level. The use of flags is definitely a big help when looking for missed goods.

The lightning level was torture, but i hated the koindozer level more.

I just started Resi 4. It seems kinda tricky. Pausing to watch the Wii U conference though.

Those playing Cave Story... about how long is it?
I played for about an hour and got through the egg stage and got the fireball... I can't be too far yet can I?

Steam says I beat the whole game, including many, many deaths, in 7 hours.
