I turned 29 last month and spent some time with my grandparents. they both have arthritis which made me start thinking that i need to start playing all the games that require alot of hand dexterity and hold off on the RPGs till later in life incase i also develop problems. I feel that I have at least another 30 years worth just with the games i already own.

Yeah sure, but you can say that about anything.
Is there really enough time to do all the (everything) I wanna do? Not really. Maybe if money wasn't a problem, perhaps then without work getting in the way, maybe I'd have the time I want/need.

This, so far i'm planning to keep playing games until i die, so slow/tactical games (rpgs) will be played in my late years. I will enjoy ANY game that is fast paced NOW

Just wait until you have kids! I rediscovered gaming a few years ago while unpacking some of my old systems. Sadly, I would have to say I'm more of a collecter now. With two children under the age of 4 in the house, there is just about zero time for gaming. I consider myself lucky if I get a few hours A MONTH for console gaming.

I kind of feel bad for game developers that put a lot of time and energy into making really long games where most people that buy it won't ever even look at the last half of it.

That's what kids are for. Before the age of 16 or 17, I played everything I got. The fewer games I have the more I play them, oddly enough.

Too many games AND Too little time, at least if your out of grade school. As 20 something's or 30 something's most of us cant commit to games, we have wives/husbands, kids, jobs, going to college, or other commitments or some of us even when we have time we cant find the patience to sit down and enjoy a good game.

I for one just cant find the patience to play some games even though i want to get into them, i find myself watching TV instead.

and i agree with all this:

When i was 7-15 years old, i didnt have any money so i enjoyed the hell out of the games i had, now i feel like i can go buy any game if i really wanted, the novelty has worn off, oh and the internet makes it too easy also.

Honestly for me it is neither. I don't really want to play every game in the world. But also, despite the fact that there are a TON of games I want to play, I don't think there is too little time either. My problem is too little MONEY. Sure you can emulate older stuff, but don't even think about playing 360 games for free.
