true, but the GCN also suffers from degraded audio. I'd say play the game on DC. It looks simply beautiful on DC VGA. The random battles ain't SO bad IMO.

There's an auxiliary input on the DC VGA Box. From that input you can plug in quite a few audio devices, for example: home receiver, iPod speaker dock, headphone amp, headphones, etc...

Glad to help! Unfortunately, I've only seen the Dreamcast on 480p with a VGA Box. You could buy another accessory to upscale it to 720p, although some people don't find it worthwhile...

I think it looks better over GCN component. VGA image quality is always better than an image thru component.

I have been tring to play the last blade 2 vga which does not work but i cant even trick it into working like i do bust a move 4 and such sad

I have a Wii with component setup, and I am thinking of playing any games that are shared between dreamcast and GCN on the GCN (like REs). I don't have a VGA display and no VGA adaptor, so i was wondering if its worth the investment, but I don't think so.

It is better then wii or gamecube componet! You will be blown away at just how amazing the dramcast games look with vga i was seriously wowed

If I use the VGA box to connct via vga cable to monitor, can I still use the AV stereo outputs to connect to my stereo? Or, is the only stereo output via the 3.5mm jack, and if so I presume that works in addition to the VGA visual output?
