The Upcoming Guilty Gear ^Core Plus has now been R'd!

That's right. It appears the upcoming re-release for the game in the arcades as well as both PSN and XBL that was mentioned a few months back has now taken the form of "Guilty Gear ^Core Plus R". This means Arc Sys putting the game thru a major readjustment that includes a complete balance overhaul of the roster and perhaps some new attacks as well as minor aesthetic changes and additions to the game! This is quite an interesting turn of events!

Every new revision to GGXX drastically changes the game, and this looks to be doing the same. This gives me even more hope for a revival of Guilty Gear.

Great news. the R is for Ringedge?
Played ggacplus the day before yesterday on the ps2. It controls just deliciously.
Still basically the same game from 2000. 12 years, that's impressive.
