Great game, eh?! I like it a lot. It's rare that a game makes me feel like my choices matter (even the little ones) and that it might even be better to skip some sidequests to have the story I want.

CDProjekt did releases an overview video of the first Witcher game for those that don't care about spoilers to the first game:

Picked up Final Fantasy XIII-2, so I'll likely be going back and forth between this and Xenoblade for a while. Guess I've got a craving for jrpgs right now

I'm not going to watch that just yet, I've seen rumours that the first may still come to consoles.

Final Fantasy Tactics: War Of The Lions - I'm loving the new script. Simple to read but it sounds really nice. And the 1500s English is actually used properly! Who knew!

Tales of Symphonia: Lots of fun, very pretty, but Lloyd is an idiot. Why is the stock male character an idiot? Are all us stupid bottom-feeder manchildren supposed to relate to idiots who can't do anything right? Oh well, at least I have Raine ;)

I wanted to love Tales of Symphonia so much, but it just didn't do it for me

What do you think of the new cut scenes in War of the Lions? I loved them. The game has some technical issues and an annoying multi-player mode where many of the game's unique items are locked away, but I think the package as a whole is great.

I think Tales of Symphonia is relaxing but kind of mind-numbing. It's a JRPG lullaby. But, it's just cute and familiar enough to work. Great cel-shading too, even if the character designs are kinda iffy.

The cel-shading in Tactics is great. Why can't we have a whole game that looks like that, or a movie? I would watch that. Usually cel shaded games are kind of lazy or plasticy or not that interesting, but this one has a style just as distinctive as Wind Waker or Okami. I like the mature European look. As far as I know it's unique to these cutscenes :(

I loved Tales of Symphonia. The characters were fantastic, though the overall story was pretty lame (as JRPG stories tend to be).

The sequel is great. Seems a lot of folks disliked it but I found it to be as fun as the first title. And the Wiimote/nunchuck control scheme works surprisingly well.

I'd like to start a JRPG soon, but god damn I own so many unplayed games that I have a hard time picking one. Hell, I got 12 JRPGs just last night.

Think I'll start Final Fantasy Adventure soon as it's part of my Summer Challenge. Probably play it on my Super Game Boy. 8)
