I want to get a new console, but I can't make up my mind on which I should get. Should I get a Super NES, Sega Saturn, or a PS2/3?
I have a budget of about $100 right now, possibly more since my birthday's coming up soon, if that helps any.

I think a Saturn, 3D pad, NiGHTS, Darius Gaiden, Galactic Attack and Panzer Dragoon is just about the best way possible to spend $100.

It depends on a few factors:
What types of games do you like?
What sort of ongoing budget for games do you have?
For example, if you really like RPGs you might be better off with the PS2 because the majority of the good SNES RPGs command high prices these days.

That tells me you probably don't have a job or any steady source of income. With that in mind, I'd probably suggest you get a ps2. It's pretty cheap, games are very abundant and cheap right now as well.
