Pandora's Tower

Post by Forlorn Drifter »

Right, so this is one of the few gamees I've ever actually thought of importing. From what I've seen, it looks great. However, it not being released stateside, I have yet to have heard much information.

So, othe peoples of the world, is it good? Bad? Meh?

I was thinking of saving getting Wii games until the Wii U came out, but this single game makes me wonder...

Has a Shadow Of Colossus, Ico, and Nier mixed feel to it, so if you liked any of those games, its worth looking farther into.

I've seen the Zelda comparison the most.

So do any of our European members have it? I'm really interested in this, but I'm having the biggest conundrum over whether or not to wait and see if it gets realesed in the US or not.

Damn home consoles that aren't region free.

downloaded and installed it this afternoon after seeing this thread to "check it out". It's got really good graphics for a Wii game. I like the gameplay already. I find it more enjoyable than Xenoblade Chronicles and other recent Wii releases.

I've heard that one, but I don't see it happening. We're too late in the life of the Wii for them to decide to bring it in now. We're lucky we got the Last Story. The only way I really see it being brought stateside is if Xseed, Atlus, or some other company that brings in nigh on suicidal games to other countries gets ahold of it. There would also be a small run, if I had to guess. Collector's would snatch it up, possibly skyroceting the price in the unforseen future.

Now, what's the basis of the story? I can't find anything on this game...

This seems like a decent LP if you just want to skim around it:

I'm kinda interested in this game but not as much as Last Story. I will probably pick it up if it comes to US since I can bet it will have a small print run
