@Menegrothx
krieger and the gamebiy one look unreal! We are way out of topic, but interesting none the less. I dont believe that fps is less than 1mb , even GOLDENEYE is larger than that :lol:
Looks totally awesome, on par with iOS fps or dare I say maube better than Red Steel on Wii. I never knew the gameboy can do so much! we didnt get our money's worth!

@damm64
GTA and Mortal Kombat examples were just to clear the idea, I wasnt giving exact analysis of the games and how they compare to their sequels and prequels . I am like you, even though I had a snes and psx I never got to play the good games, basically games were expensive and I could never complete them . Especially SNES ones, I recently played Earthworm Jim and Castlevania and remembered exactly why. They were built so you wouldnt be able to complete them. Honestly I doubt that more than 1% of buyers completed thise games and their likes

Castlevania is difficult, sure, but you're making it out to seem completely impossible. It is NOT that hard.

As a 9-12 year old you just didn't have enough brain power to complete these games. Its not like you can log on the internet and search Castlevania strategies for final boss.

I don't know if you would think I am naive, but when I was younger I didn't realize that developers made bosses have either a weak point or a routine after which you can successfully give them a hit, and restart the cycle. I used to just bash the button because I used to think this is the enemy and I have a weapon, to beat him I should hit him with the weapon. You can see how that didn't get me any where.

About castlevania, I just played Bloodlines on the Genesis, I got to the female final boss. I keep hitting her but she won't loose life points. I figured that this might be a glitch because I am using game genie on Genesis emulator on the Wii, so I just shut it down. There is no way I would reach that far playing legit, especially that final stage platforming style

Oh, I should have added that I want to own the games I play if possible so that number is pertty much the number of videogames I consider interesting enough to note right now. Given I can't own arcade games, the true number of interesting games is probably around 140 or so for the foreseeable future.

I don't know how many games I have played.

This still happens to me 10 years later...
