The only worthwhile games I know offhand that support it are Burning Rangers, NiGHTS, Dark Savior, a couple of racing games and the Panzer Dragoon series. The lack of compatibility was an issue for me when I wanted to play some multiplayer and my 3D pad was my only extra controller.

Has anyone tried modding one so that the thing registers as a normal pad and the control stick sends d-pad signals?

It's warmer now so the ticks have started to come out. Everyone make sure you check yourself for ticks after every time you go outside. Do a thorough check: spread your asscheeks in front of a mirror, look under your sac, etc. Those fuckers can be dangerous.

You should also wear a hat because they are sometimes in trees and drop down on you. Yeah, they're annoying.

To remove a tick, grab it and twist it while pulling it out. That's the key to removing it easily.
