Most Annoying Things In Gaming

I could have sworn there was already a thread for this, but I can't find it in the search.

What are some of the most annoying things you come across in gaming for you?

One that recently haunted me again:

I really, REALLY hate it in old school beat-em ups when enemies would just hang out right off the edge of screen and you couldn't reach them. Then they'd often pop in view just long enough to kick you in the head and go back off-screen...SOBs.

Trophies. When the enemies' reach is noticeably longer than your character's. Card games that are part of another game's storyline.

Other people (in online multiplayer).

Getting caught in a corner during a boss fight and dying because of a crappy camera system.

Having to unlock your favourite fighters before you can play with them. Not an issue the first time you play thru, but when you dig out Soul Calibre after not playing it for years, hoping to beat your mate with your best character..

Those foot soldiers in ninja turtles that blocked you with nunchuks, and it made a rediculous screeching sound every time you tried to hit them.

Monsters that you cannot kill and they keep coming at you (Dead Space 2 ending I'm talking about you, pissing me off hardcore!).
