Medal of Honor (2010) PS3 - is Frontline on the disc itself?

I'm thinking of buying a used copy of the North American, standard edition Medal of Honor (2010) for PS3. Does it include the HD remake of Medal of Honor Frontline on the disc itself without a one time input code that almost certainly would be used? I know that was the case with Alice Madness Returns where it came with American McGee's Alice on disc, but required a one time use activation code. Can anyone please let me know definitively? Thanks.

I was under the impression the NA version of the game is a download coupon, while the PAL version is on the disc (with an install, but requires the disc in the console).

I have the Medal of Honor Limited Edition and the HD Remake of Frontline is on the actual disc, after you install the game to the PS3 HDD you can only play it if you have the MOH game in the drive.

I have Twisted Metal Limited Edition which has Twisted Metal Black on the disc and after installing to the HDD I can play that without the TM disc in the drive.

I wish MOH Frontline was like that... but nope, I gotta get up and do a disc swap
