Source? I read the comics and even then he was called uncle donald. Even their first appearance was called "Donald's Nephews". Basically don't read to much in to cartoons, its the same for Goofy's son Max, who's the mom.
Granted it is Wikipedia, but I'm sure there are undercover Disney agents making sure the pages stay correct and family friendly.

Why do hobie and flexwood have the same avatar? I was wondering why flexwood was contradicting himself with his ducktales knowledge.
