It's on Super Nintendo. It's not nearly as good as the PCE version, but still awesome.

I WAS playing Dark Messiah or Might & Magic: Elements for XBox 360. An early, rough looking XBox 360 game, but I was still enjoying it. I got to Chapter 4. I was at a part where I was preventing enemies from entering a ship I had just commandeered while my allies got it prepped for launch. Well then the freaking game glitched and after I defeated the enemies, the event wouldn't begin where the boat was supposed to launch!!! And apparently I saved the game after the glitch already happened. :x

Sonic Generations. I had the opportunity to get it for a good price today, so I went ahead. I was only expecting it to be a good game, but I've been pleasantly surprised. The graphics look very nice, the gameplay is solid, the music is old-style Sonicy (unlike the stuff in Unleashed), the story isn't stupid, overblown, and intrusive, and the side characters are pushed to the side, where they belong. In fact, they hardly even talk with voices, instead using speech bubbles. And of course, playing the old zones in colorful HD 3D is awesome. Don't regret this purchase at all. I hope the next Sonic game is this good.

Only problem is, it's going to be even harder to play the 128-bit Sonic games than it already is. They're all aging horribly.

Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour for the Gamecube.

Personally I prefer the Mario Golfs to the Tennis and whatever else Mario plays. I loved the 64 version, and the GBA one is brilliant but I can't put down the Cube version. Just unlocked all the star characters and going to tackle the tournaments now. The first few groups of courses seem pretty standard, and then you suddenly get taken to Peach's castle where there is pipes and all sorts. I think I would have preferred character themed courses like Mario Party does, but it's challenging all the same. It is also strangely relaxing and although I would never play golf, and can not stand watching it, I can't get enough Mario Golf! I hope they do a version on the Wii U.
Has anyone played the GBC version? As I hear that is also brilliant.
Currently playing Splinter Cell: Blacklist

Played Marvel Super Hero Squad, Infinity Gauntlet for around an hour or so last night, and I think I'm already close to beating it.

Definitely a game made for kids, and one you need to play on "Challenging" mode from the get go. They make Thanos a bumbling idiot, but again, it's a game with kids in mind. It has given me new interest in picking up Ultimate Alliance 2 again though.

Cybernoid on NES. Whoa what a strange game. I thought it was going to be a Gradius-style shmup (based on the cover art) but it's not like that at all.

It actually reminds me of VVVVVV: you move through a series of "screens", each one with a different puzzle or set of obstacles. Unlike VVVVVV however, this game gives you very limited lives. I can't see myself ever finishing this (its hard as balls), but it's certainly a lot of fun.
