I think this may count:

Last night seven friends and got our Rock Band on. On every Beastie Boys tune I scored 100% on expert. Our band, Chopstick Chilidog is no joke.

Nothing comes close to the moment I beat the Machine and the final boss on Ecco the Dolphin. Ecco was easily the hardest game I ever beat, and I've beaten Ninja Gaiden and Punch-Out!!

I don't know if I'm necessarily proud of beating a game, but games I'm extremely happy I played through all the way are:
L.A. Noire
Sly Cooper
Super Mario World
Fallout 3
Batman Arkham City
Muramasa the Demon Blade

And that's just to name a few. ;)

I'm proud of completing Fallout 3 as I never complete long games. And getting 900G on Splinter Cell Conviction including completing it on Realistic in story and hunter modes. Last Stand can fuck off though.
Currently playing Splinter Cell: Blacklist

I got the platinum trophy for Sly 2. It remains my only platinum trophy.

I beat both KOTOR games multiple times, even though I'm almost never able to remain interested in an RPG past 18-20 hours.

Probably the only game that had made feel so great after beating it would be Mike Tyson's Punch-Out back when I was a wee lad.

I was so happy when I landed the final shot on Mike and saw Mario come out and say TKO.

All I could hear in my head was: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVZEMTD9mRI&feature

This list should be longer:

Mushi Futari BL Original 1cc

Batsugun Special: Made it to stage 4 in Loop 2. Won't play again.

Mushi Futari 1.5 Original 1cc (worked a lot towards this)

The only 3 shmup clears that I have, and that I actually had to work for. All my other 1ccs are Compile and TF3.

You TKO'd Tyson? Impressive. I always thought that you could only win (without cheats) by KO or decision.

Hmm.. aside from all of the old CRPG's of the 80's / 90's that I would never have the patience to complete these days, I would say:

Lost Odyssey
Y's 1
Nine Persons, Nine Hours, Nine Doors
Dead Space using only the Plasma Cutter

I really am piss-poor about finishing games, it's ridiculous. My gamerscore on the xbox is like 13,000 out of like 130,000. Once I reached the age of disposable income, I bought games and just never bothered to beat them before buying more and more.
