I'd prefer to own the physical version, but if it ever goes on sale at GOG I'll probably buy it there.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:The second one is on GoG 10 bucks (first one is 5).BoringSupreez wrote: Also, I probably ought to fix the fact I haven't played any of them. Somehow I just don't seem to come across the PC versions in the wild.

Man, i REALLY can't wait for this game. First time i played Hitman i became a fan. That's one of the most interesting series IMO. Even though it was technically limited, all the rest compensated for it. It was always a great experience. I'll buy Absolution day one, no doubt about it.
I've been following the forum and news closely, and from what i've seen, it stills Hitman. People that complain the trailers focus too much on action, that's normal, since the first game the trailers were like that.
For those who are willing to start the series to know how it is, i suggest Contracts and Blood Money. The older ones did not aged well, dispite still being pretty good to many. Those two i recommended are great, easy to find and you won't feel like it is too clunky.
Don't forget Hitman: Profession (or something like that) is already confirmed too.
Also another game i'm looking foward to, is Thief 4. Since the it was announced no news or even any updates on the production appeared online, but they say it still alive. Thief is just a great series, if you love Hitman, you'll probably enjoy this one too. Too bad the developers don't give us anything on how it will be.
Just to finish my post. I was PISSED when i heard Kyd and Bateson were out. Those guys were part of the soul of the series. I really wish they come back in the next game.
