I got a job at Wendy's when I was 21. They told me I had to shave my beard. I went home and only shaved a little bit near the center of my face, so I had mutton chops and a goatee. I informed the manager that I didn't technically have a beard anymore, he wasn't amused.

I quit 2 days later for something completely unrelated.
