They're worth at least the $5 you paid for them, if not more. I'd search completed Ebay listings if I were you.

Never hear of PS2 Sniper, search shows a UK release only. Is it any good?

If guardian heroes is for trade, let me know, please!ksloth wrote:Found two Saturn games today at Goodwill for $5 each:
Guardian Heroes (JAP)
and
Blue Seed (JAP)
They are opened but are in absolutely *flawless* condition, like never played at all - zero scratches and not even a fingerprint, and are complete with manual.
Any idea if these are worth much? I can't play Japanese games on my Saturn.
Went to goodwill and found two Saturn controllers, Manx TT, and Slam n Jam for $17. Also found a gba gameshark complete with pc disc and USB cable at a thrift store thats up for sale or trade.

Guardian Heroes - SAT-JP does about 1/3 of the US version, $20-30 range (spine card and overall condition will determine which end of that range you fall on). JP version is playable, but for an action game, there is more dialogue than usual and some cutscenes.
Blue Seed is by all counts a text heavy and more importantly meh, RPG and pretty unplayable unless you speak Japanese. Lists at $12 on ebay and doesn't routinely sell - i've seen Yamatoku (ebay JP seller) sell under $1 (plus shipping) quite a few times.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Went to the flea market today kind of late, so I didn't expect to find any sweet deals, boy was I wrong.

GBC - $2!
Got it from a lady that was selling just a bunch of clothes and gardening stuff, she was just trying to get rid of it.

Pocket Fighter - disc only $1
This was in a pile of old music cd's
I love this game and the PS1 port is pretty decent, it's still in 240P (Love scanlines!)

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
I've been looking for a 26" monitor HD-LCD that had: Detachable power cord / Component / DVI / VGA / and S-Video inputs, and a fairly slick look, for my WIP custom cab. Was prepared to drop big bones once I found the right one.
Was walking out of church today and there for some odd reason is a 26" monitor sitting on the table, with a note that says, "We got a new TV. If someone wants this TV, please take it."
It's an ILO 26" HD-LCD. I knew nothing about this brand at the time. I did some reviews and have found 3 recurring themes: If the monitor lasts more than 6 mos, you should be fine. The remotes are notoriously cheap and often don't work. The monitor itself is brilliant.
Well, it's 3 yo and working perfectly, so no worries on the "dead in 6mos" reviews. I don't need a remote for the way i'm using it. And yes, the monitor is brilliant.

TV: Ilo-2600
System: Neo Geo MVS
Connection: S-Video
Game: Spinmasters

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
This is 100% correct. In Japan, Guardian Heroes is right in that range. Higher end in retro game shops in places like Akihabara or Den Den Town, and lower than that when you get out of the cities. Blue Seed is worth $1 at most in Japan.mjmjr25 wrote:Guardian Heroes - SAT-JP does about 1/3 of the US version, $20-30 range (spine card and overall condition will determine which end of that range you fall on).
