None of those are particularly valuable, but all are great for owning/playing.

I'm not really up on GG stuff, but from what I remember reading... You can upgrade to a newer LCD screen that not only looks better, but IIRC uses less power thus extending battery life. As for the sound, IIRC, the GGs had a huge problem with the capacitors. I think that's what the audio issue is. People recap the entire GG to fix the problem.
If I'm off base, I'm sure some one will correct me.

Recently I've taken up a pretty big project: taking all the stickers off my collection. I've never touched any of them from the beginning so pretty much everything I've ever bought used at a game store had to be worked on. Well today I came to the end: my Game Boy games, most of which I bought long, long ago. I grabbed my copy of Link's Awakening DX, which I bought probably 12 years ago at a Gamestop or something. Started peeling and noticed something odd; this is what I found:
In case you can't see it, it says: Not For Resale, Demo Game Only, Property of Nintendo. Now obviously I feel terrible for partly tearing this up, but to be honest I probably would've never discovered it otherwise; I have no familiarity with these things and didn't know what to look for. In retrospect you can see the O in Nintendo, but live and learn. I probably won't touch it any further; if you can see there's one of those nasty pink security things which are a real ***** to take off, I'd probably end up destroying the sticker. I don't know how common these things are, or if I've ruined any potential value this may have had; I was hoping you guys could help me on that. But I just think it's cool that this game that I've loved since my childhood can still manage to surprise me.

Great Story! Can you post a clear pic of the front label and a shot of the startup screen? Might be different from the official release.
