He just wants to play his damn games. He doesn't care about the politics around it and whatnot.

I think it is important, this is reflective of how companies are viewing their consumer's rights. This practice is, in fact, very close to criminal action. There's been legislation in the United States (a very long time ago) to avoid this kind of behavior. So it's important to call bullshit when it happens.
Allowing it to slide ... would only encourage it. Next thing you know, the games will cost $100 each and you'll only have quarterly access or some garbage like that.
It affects all consumer aspects. If companies see people willingly paying for something they've already purchased (in effect) ... it would not be a good thing for consumers.
The rights of the consumer matter.

I still feel the street fighter 4 series is the best work they have done in fighting games since 3rd strike or the vs games of old. The people that dislike 4 tend to not see it for the deep chess match that it truely can be.
I'm tired of being ripped off, but I usually don't care for paid dlc in any genre. Take your time and finish the game 100%!

Agreed. SF4 and SFxT have gotten so many hours out of me. Easily two of my favorite games this generation.Bradtemple87 wrote:I still feel the street fighter 4 series is the best work they have done in fighting games since 3rd strike or the vs games of old. Corporate greed is exactly the reason to support small developers. Like Spicy Gyro Games for example, creators of the excellent Clash Force. Available now for iphone, ipad, and ipod touch!

Re: BBB lowers Capcom's rating
I hate some of the bullshit in the industry, but there are times where I'm like "fuck this shit, I'm buying the game, I just want to play the damn game." It's not often, but I can totally understand why a lot of people feel that way.
Anyways, I'd love a new Darkstalkers game. I've been playing tons of Night Warriors on the Saturn (Talbain ftw) and loving every second of it. I've never gotten sucked into a fighter like I have with Night Warriors. I've been on the hunt for Darkstalkers 3 for a while now, but haven't found it for a reasonable price.

As an unbiased source, I take your opinion here seriously.Jrecee wrote:Corporate greed is exactly the reason to support small developers. Like Spicy Gyro Games for example, creators of the excellent Clash Force. Available now for iphone, ipad, and ipod touch!
If Capcom came out with MML3 or something, I'd buy it even though it's Capcom. I buy games that I like, end of story. My little boycotts will do nothing except deny me great games.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:I hate some of the bullshit in the industry, but there are times where I'm like "fuck this shit, I'm buying the game, I just want to play the damn game."
