I have been working on my list of 10, and I have some set in stone, but I'm not sure what to choose for the rest. Here's my definite list:

1. Ducktales (NES)
2. Monster World IV (VC)
3. Star Wars Rogue Leader (N64)
4. Final Fantasy IV Advance (GBA)
5. Metroid Prime 3 (Wii)
6. Grim Fandango (PC)
7. Resident Evil 4 (GC)
8. Panzer Dragoon Orta (XBox)
9. Super Ghouls'n Ghosts (SNES)
10.

I'm also considering the following games, which one do you think I should play out of this selection. If other people plan to play any of these it might be fun to play along at the same time:

1080 Snowboarding (N64)
Wave Race 64 (N64)
Final Fantasy VII (PS1)
Shinobi (GG)
Wing Commander 3 (3DO)

Here's the games I beat last year. The year before I played through an alphabetical marathon of games, which I won't list here.

Edit: Some of these lits are making me jealous that you guys are gonna be playing all the way through these games for the first time Nice to see you're playing FFIV too Ds, tell me when you start it up. I'm planning to start this on the 1st of June myself, as I have a few games I want to finish before I start. If I finish those games (red steel 2, sakura wars, disaster) before then I'll just get stuck into these.

I'd recommend Orta and RE4. You already have a FF game, so skip VII. I may add Orta to my list to play with you, if I can figure something to sub out...I am also waiting to see what others suggest.

Good call, I'll put in Orta and Resi as options for now, although they're prone to change. I'm kinda leaning towards Ghouls n Ghosts for game #9 too, because it was so satisfying taking down punch out last year, and taking on another tough game could be fun.

Is Rogue Agent really considered a defining game of some sort? At least Orta is oft-cited as a Xbox-exclusive that is worth getting the system for, and as the pinnacle of the PD main series.

No, Rogue Agent isn't, but I didn't know that Orta was too. Maybe I should switch that in for one of mine...
