:( : Now I have to exercise every day, and I'm on a 1500 calorie diet that is not allowed to contain soda, beer, or tobacco. Not that I'll miss the last two items.
Retired Navy Catapult Crew here, I thought Beer and Military go together.

Best of luck on getting in the Air Force. Joining the Military is rough for family separation, but a great experience in seeing different countries and people. Be sure to get an "A" school locked in for the career path that will help you whether you do twenty or not.

I love Car Wars, but I would love if they took the Compendium, drilled it down to the basics, and released a fancy set in a Munchkin sized box - which is what they are supposed to do with Ogre next year. Boats are not necessary, but helicopters are fun - even if they are just for NPCs.

Jmustang - This is a crazy good deal that will be going away soon and will never be printed again. Watch these videos and see if it is up your alley:
http://www.youtube.com/user/candrewwalters (start with the intro then watch Ogre game - know the kickstarter version is Ogre, GEV, and most of Battlegrounds)
Really, if you buy it, and dont like it, you should be able to sell it later for atleast what you paid for it. The Kickstarter only bonuses alone will be worth the price - an entire third army. Hell, if you buy it and dont like it, Ill buy it from you for cost (later in the year though, my fun money is tapped pretty hard right now).

Hobie - Drive fast, shoot accurately, how hard is that to understand??? Seriously, all Car Wars games have been pretty terrible. I just imagine that Twisted Metal is Car Wars the video game, though it needs customization. Give me an online vehicular combat game with mod tools and customizable vehicles ala Mech Warrior, and Ill be set for life.

4k from the last goal!

I've got some serious hand-wringing going on here, but I don't think I can do it. I'd want the $100 version and I just can't do that kind of outgo right now. Darn! Can we get an unboxing video? PLEASE?
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

Take heart, guys. There's nothing wrong with a receding hairline. They can even be cute. Just sayin'.

Oh, you're just saying that because you've got the hots for Keith Apicary.

In seriousness, I'm sorry for those of you who have this issue. I'm thinking (hoping) that I'll be safe, and I'm good so far, but one never knows.

You're doing better than good, if your avatar is any indication.

My husband (a fine looking man!) has been going bald since his early twenties. We lately started taking pictures of his scalp every month or so to document what has recently become its highly accelerated pace.

The only one thing that is occasionally bothersome about watching people go bald is simply its tendency to remind one that our time is finite. Time! Is marching on!.

 Its funny you say that, because my avatar actually kind of is a good indication.

I kept my hair short all my life until about 3 years ago when I decided to start growing it. Its quite long.

I occasionally braid it too, believe it or not.

No sign of any receding either, for which I'm very grateful. If there's one thing about which I'm picky, its my hair. If I ever start to lose it, I may end up being one of those "shave it all off and be done with it" guys. Either that, or I'll shave all but the tail off, like those monks.
