I've always been intrigued by this game from playing comic book themed AD&D growing up.

Anyone still playing? Can I team up with Batman or something?
I might give it a go some time.

No they're not. Just play the ones that have a monthly subscription, WoW, AOC, WAR, Aion etc. Item trading for money is strictly forbidden and punishable in these games, its the crappy free to play MMORPGs where item buying is the norm. The most dominant MMO on the market, WoW, has personal arena ratings, soul bound and bind on pick items etc.
My WTB thread (Sega CD/Saturn games)
Also looking to buy: Ys III (TG-16 CD), Shadowrun (Genesis) Hori N64 mini pad and Slayer (3DO) in long box/just the long box
