Enabling saves when running Mega CD through Fusion

I started playing Snatcher the other day on a Sega emulator I have called Fusion. When I tried to save it it said saving is not supported on the Sega CD or something like that.
Anyone know how to get around this problem?

Huh...worked for me back when I used it for sega cd...
