The progress page has nearly every thing listed as "playable" status which "describes chapters in which the English has been inserted and are playable but have not been thoroughly reviewed for content or presentation." Almost all of Scenario 1 is listed as "beta" status which "describes chapters which have been thoroughly reviewed and are ready for beta testing."

If you are a collector, then by all means pursue the copy of the game. If you are like me though and just love the game/series, I would go the modchip/download game route.

The games that I do *not* download are the ones that are still available to purchase in some form today (such as games in a retro compilation or XBLA re-releases).

I also don't have enough disposable income to be a *serious* collector (yet). I have played SF3 a bit on the Saturn, and it is a good deal of fun :)

It's a solid collection addition.

$75 should be where you're at for a good CIB copy of this.
