Still playing Skies of Arcadia (DC). I just picked up both pieces of Velorium (for the Vorlik blade) and found Fina's ship in Deep Sky. Now I'm about to take a ride to the Silver Shrine with Fina. Sucks that I can't take out the Delphinus real quick to get the Vorlik blade. Instead I have to get it (hopefully) when I get back from the Silver Shrine. :/

The same as on the PS3 except with all the DLC included. So pretty darn good. The story is most excellent. I love how the stories in the Disgaea games are intentionally awful yet do better than stories from games like FFXIII that try to be serious. Just my opinion, of course.Stark wrote:How is it?ZenErik wrote:Playing Disgaea 3 on the Vita.
The more games that come to portables the better, IMO.

Is there a path for those of us (me) that don't want to spend a lot of time on it (+60 hours)?ZenErik wrote:The same as on the PS3 except with all the DLC included. So pretty darn good. The main game isn't too long. I think I spent 20 hours on it at most. It's all the leveling up of items and characters that stretches the game length out, not to mention the post-game super-high level area.Stark wrote:Is there a path for those of us (me) that don't want to spend a lot of time on it (+60 hours)?

Yea. I'm probably about 8 hours in and starting chapter 4 out of 8. So I'd guess about 20 hours for the main story too. But you can certainly stretch that out if you do some item leveling and such. I never finished the PS3 version. Probably only played the first two chapters. My mistake because this is a very enjoyable game.

That's cool man. The girls in that game were so cute haha.ZenErik wrote: I think we only have a Luna and Mia.. Would be nice to have more, but it's not so easy when most other cosplayers we know don't care about Lunar, haha.
We also have a Ghaleon hand puppet.
Is the silver shrine that weird upside-down area? That place drove me nuts.jalvarez82 wrote:Still playing Skies of Arcadia (DC). Alex is cool but Nall from eternal blue would be so much cooler.ZenErik wrote:Next up on home consoles is probably Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete. Cosplaying Alex at AnimeNEXT so I need some refreshment. I played the Sega CD version a year ago, but that's a little different.

Did you ever play the first and second Disgaea? If yes, how does they compare to this?ZenErik wrote:Yea. I'm probably about 8 hours in and starting chapter 4 out of 8.
