Friday Night Gaming
Re: Friday Night Gaming
I would never want to play fighting games with you guys, I'd probably die in two seconds.

Re: Friday Night Gaming
mjmjr25 and i were doing our usual SSF4 tourney last night. we do it every now and then. it's quite fun. a tourney were we use each SSF4 characters. once a character loses he/she cannot be used anymore. whoever runs out of character to use looses the game.
this is a good way to learn each character in the game.

Re: Friday Night Gaming
A Friday has appeared!
It's super effective!
This evening/weekend is going to be more of the awesome Xenoblade and Legend of Grimrock.
I may try to squeeze some handheld gaming in if the TV's are busy, to the tune of Mario Kart 7, and some Ghost Recon: Shadow Soldier or Advance Wars: Dual Strike.
Also, I have a Saturn JP ISO of Dungeon Master that I am curious to check out. And for gaming music, I am listening to a little retro metal with Carcass: Descanting the Insalubrious.
Hurray for weekends!

I am debating SFXT (PS3), or Tatsunoko vs Capcom, Sega All Stars Racing, and Dragonball Z Tenkaichi III for the Wii.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
Re: Friday Night Gaming
I've always wondered how Sega All-Stars Racing is, and come close to buying it many times. Pretty good?
Re: Friday Night Gaming
Yes yes yes, a thousand times yes. When I bought Sega All Stars Racing, I turned around and sold Mario Kart Wii. I knew I would not need it anymore.ksloth wrote:I've always wondered how Sega All-Stars Racing is, and come close to buying it many times. Pretty good?

MK Double Dash used to be my favorite kart racer. Then I found Sega All Stars. Amazing.Flake wrote:Yes yes yes, a thousand times yes. Yeah, THIS. MK Wii never wowed me because it always felt SLOW. So MK Double Dash was the answer. Then I tried Sonic and Sega racing. Fast paced, lots of jumps, no blue shell.noiseredux wrote: MK Double Dash used to be my favorite kart racer. Then I found Sega All Stars. Amazing.
I cannot WAIT for the sequel.
