Great article though, some really nice information there for folks looking into the older shooters.

Don't buy Garegga on Ebay/Amazon though, unless you are rich enough to not care about a $60 overpay.

That aside, that list is full of fairly affordable shooters.

Agreed.

I like how RB treats shmups with respect and that there are tons of fans of them here.

Haha, that's a great article tough the lack of Scramble makes me kind of a sad panda. Tough it was considered part of Gradius in the past so it doesn't surprise me :lol:

Nice article. Only ones I own are Space Invaders (Atari 2600), R-Type (SMS) and R-Type DX (GBC), and Gradius Collection (PSP). Maybe I'll track a few more of these down.
