Would've been amazing. I was really hoping nintendo would go all out and add that stuff to the 3DS remake, but alas, we pretty much got a graphically enhanced port with some new inventory options.
I suspect though that the extra dungeons probably had elements recycled into Majora's Mask or Wind Waker dungeons.

If you ask me OOT has not aged very well. I'm sure it was an amazing game in 1998 - I didn't play it until 7-8 years ago myself - but best-fucking-video-game-ever-made? I just don't see it...
And don't get me started on that weak-ass, retconned, bizarre excuse for an official series timeline that Nintendo put out...
