Very interesting video interview the CEO of Obsidian. This is sounding more and more promising.

Sounds awesome man. Awesome...
Re: South Park RPG (no, seriously)
I'm actually kinda curious about this game considering Obsidian is working on it. I've always liked their stuff (even Alpha Protocol), so am interested how this turns out.
Re: South Park RPG (no, seriously)
I haven't seen an episode of South Park for a few years now. No particular reason for that, but this could feed my love for RPGs.
Thing's that I'm looking for at the moment: Super Mario RPG manual(SNES), Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrals map and cart(SNES), The King of Dragons Box and manual(SNES), Lufia and the fortress of doom CIB(SNES), Earthbound CIB(SNES), EVO: The Search for Eden CIB(SNES), Harvest Moon CIB(SNES), Mario Paint CIB(SNES), Bomberman Party Pak With Super Multitap(SNES), DoReMi Fantasies CIB(SFC).

My opinions have changed some recently, and I now look forward to this game. Could be interesting. I really do wonder how the gameplay would work, though. South Park isn't like a superhero show, where there are always minor baddies to be beaten on. Will the game be mostly dialogue-based?

The game looks visually a lot like a RPG, as much as a game that has to look like South Park and be located in suburban Colorado can. And by the looks of it, there is a lot of fighting going on.BoringSupreez wrote:My opinions have changed some recently, and I now look forward to this game. Could be interesting. -WikipediaThe character's costumes and classes appear to be based on the South Park episode The Return of the Fellowship of the Ring to the Two Towers.

I don't know... They nailed the look of the show, but am I the only one that thinks that's not such a good thing? It's gonna look like a Flash game.

Re: South Park RPG (no, seriously)
If it looks and behaves like the show, it won't look like flash, as long as they don't use transforms to do most of the animation *cough*raymanorigins*cough*
This does look immensely awesome.
