Dreamcast on Vista (not emulated)

I just got a new PC and it has inputs on the back so that I can watch TV though media center. One of the inputs are the RCA that a Dreamcast or PS1 uses to connect to a tv.
My problem is that I have the RCA cable plugged into my pc, I just dont know how to view it through Vista.
Any ideas?

Do you have the appropriate software installed? Also, if you intend to play games/make recordings of games you are playing you should be aware that those things are usually extremely laggy (around 1 second or so for some). Good luck.
