Favorite way to play retro games?games better on new system?

you can play old games in many different places. Is there any games you liked more on something elnse besides the original system?

-phone
-plug in play devices
-original console
-collections
-online(website)
-downloaded onto the computer
-vitual consoles
whats you favorite way?

-I like playing on the original console
-but I do admit that I do like playing galaga on newer systems, not the NES

-what do you like more on the original system(sound, graphics, menu screen, controlls, knowing its 10-30 years old)

Totally wrong forum dude. This should be in general gaming.

That said. I'm willing to wager 99.9% of people here would prefer to play on the original console provided it was convenient.

yeah, I mean going back to the Smash Pack on DC -- they actually used a fan-made emulator didn't they? Like they licensed it from the homebrew coder.

And that was ported to the PC... so it was a PC port of a DC emulator made for the PC to emulate Genesis games, a console that competed against a console called the PC engine? My brain hurts... as I type this on a PC.
