What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

She's packing popcorn, skittles, and junior mints.

I'll probably purchase a Mr.Pibb if it is under $10.

....and I'm off!

@xero: Put some Tussin on it.

There is alot of that going around stock pile the nyquil and catch up on some video games. Hope you feel better soon
Yeah, some guy at my work was definitely coughing and had a sore throat this week, lots of people called in Monday. Definitely a big downside to working in a pharmacy/warehouse... with everyone touching everything crap just goes everywhere, lol.

Smile: Kid Icarus multiplayer gathering was pretty fun, and I got some streetpass hits... and rare AR cards!

Smile & Frown: The redecoration of my "Gentleman's Club" aka the third floor.

I'll still have my theater, as the third floor is split into two rooms but my video game room is morphing into a "game room". Bumper pool, Foosball, Poker Table, Dart Board..the whole nine yards. Not sure if I want to halt the process and keep the room as my own arcade, but I recently purchased a few Alberto Vargas signed originals and they are worth redecorating an entire floor.

The overhaul is going to be nuts, but at the same time is the stuff of dreams. I have well over 1K games, and I still want to display them all with easy access, but have no clue how I will make that happen. Maybe the theater room will be a new game room, or maybe the nursery (long story) may become the new game room. Either way, I'm so so very happy that I found the autographed prints and can't wait to have them framed.

:) - Getting out to check out the local arcade scene. Found good stuff like an original P.O.W. machine, Global Classic Arcade unit, Lethal Enforcers 3, Getaway High Speed II pinball, and some more stuff.

Also, Doritos Locos Tacos at Taco Bell are well worth the hype and the buzz. Very nice.

:( - Not all games are in working condition (as usual) -- and once again they will be left in disrepair for months on end.

TICKED: Tried to watch Boston Marathon on TV..... looks like I don't get Universal Sports anymore! I feel like DirecTV keeps dropping channels without informing me. Those fuckers. My internet is too slow for live streaming so I guess I'm stuck checking message boards or Twitter feeds for live updates. Lame.

I was at a dorm gaming party the other night, and I brought down my Dreamcast and Unreal Tournament (along with some other multiplayer games), and one guy was playing against was getting clobbered, so the guy goes on a whiny rant about the game's controls. He just would not shut up, saying stuff like "What kind of noob plays FPSs on anything other than a desktop PC?!" "Consoles are for idiots!" "The Dreamcast failed because it didn't have a second analog stick!" "Stop shooting me so I can get a kill for once!" What a sore loser.
