I NEED SUM1'S SERVICES FOR A CHIP INSTALLATION FOR A SATURN

I really need a "This Is Cool" Sega Saturn chipped and modded to where I can play American region games on it, I'd love it to be a fancy mod where the LED was changed so it would display one color when it was in one region and another for another, or two flash screens ( one american start up screen for one and one japanese start up screen for one) but I'd gladly take just a bare essential mod chip mod to where it just played American games on a Japanese system. Anyone out there that can help me by offering their services to do this? I'll pay what ever it takes? Please? I'm so desperate. I live in Northern California for anyone who reads this and might be able to help, also will an Action Replay Plus 4M EMS just avoid me the need to mod? No one out there realizes how badly I need to make a friend with someone who can mod a Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, PS3, and or Xbox 360. I NEED this. What ever happened to the times in America where someone would do anything for the money? Huh?!

Yeah if you an AR cart you will be able to play any regions games on it. Might be cheaper than shipping it to a modder and back again. Its also a memory card and RAM cart for the games that use it.

Correct, you would need to patch the games with SRP (Saturn Region Patcher).

Saturn can be modded with a simple JPN/US region switch. I did it to mine in 9th or 10th grade when the things were still new and expensive lol

Yep, the only thing that a mod chip allows you to do is play copied games or backups, not imports.
