I've got a 4.5 yo who while he has a really strong neck, doesn't quite want to start potty training yet, because, "Peeing in the toilet takes too long. It's boring."
(yes, most kids start potty training 18 months-36 months). But I don't question this dude - he's got logic on his side, always.

Its not that he wears diapers. Its that he knows of more onteresting places to go to the bathroom. He poops in extreme places, like Mount Everest, or the Amazon.
