Game Genie/GameShark/Action Replay Codes

What's the best site to find codes for these various cheating devices? I was looking for some House of the Dead codes for Saturn, and I finally found some, but none of them worked (but my copy of the game is Japanese, and the site didn't specify a region, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it).

Now that I've got a few more of these devices, I want to get a list of sites bookmarked to check for codes.

I've used that some, but there are a LOT of codes that I've found through random Googling that aren't listed there.
