If we're talking about the turn-based RPG one, it's definitely Chamber of Secrets. It practically looks like a GBA game. Probably the only time a licensed game ever steered me right as a kid.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 must be pretty rare for the N64 because I've never seen it in stores!?

3do maybe a tough one not sure if anyone really knows what was the last licensed game released?

They had Ice Breaker 2 in 2007,but thats not licensed I think?
