What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Smile: Brought my new cat home. He's adapting really fast. I was planning on him living in my bathroom for the first two days but I might be able to speed that up if he displays litterbox skills.

Frown: The old cat is none too pleased.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Smile: My girlfriend asked I make her a straw hat out of real straws so she can drink from it for Easter celebrations. One of the most bizarre things I've had someone say to me in a while.

Ticked: I've been so busy lately I feel like my mind is melting.

Sometimes cats don't like each other, and there's really nothing that can be done about it. Two of the cats at my house hate each other, and sometimes fight at night outside over porch privileges.

Fortunately, the new cat does not seem to mind the old cat. As long as the old cat does not get neurotic or nuts, this might work.

Ticked: I love writing, I love being creative. I love intrepriting what a writer was trying to say or evoke. Now, explain to me why I need to do a research paper, on Leon Trotsky, while not writing ANY of my own work? I can understand the reasoning, but am still bothered by it. This is literally the only English project I've ever had that I needed this much help on. I'm sick of it.
