Yeah, I was gonna say, River City Ransom would get the idea across, but the graphics and move combos are vastly superior to RCR.
I compare it more to Ninja Warriors Again, but a 2 player game where you are able to utilize the whole screen (granted, i've only youtubed Crows, never played firsthand). Nekketsu Oyako is also similar - that is a great great beat em' up (also JP SAT exclusive).
Yeah, those copies have been on ebay for awhile - i've offered $100 on the $151 copy, but no go. I think $88-95 is the spot on that one - I personally wouldn't go higher. Granted, i've been after it awhile and haven't got one - so take it for what it is.
Yes, Cleopatra Fortune was released on JP PSX as well, it was released on JP-PSX, JP-SAT, JP-DC, it is a unique, fun, and playable puzzle game. Be wary, there is also a JP game called "Cleopatra's Fortune" that sells for around $10 - that is not this puzzle game, the JP-PSX is actually significantly more rare than the JP-SAT version
DT's, you need to go to a hospital, now. You need IV fluids. You can die from doing something unsafe in your delirium, you can hurt someone unknowingly, or you can simply exhaust your body and die from heart attack or dehydration. Go to the hospital.

Yeah, I probably should have said "Like RCR, on steroids/crack/etc."mjmjr25 wrote:Yeah, I was gonna say, River City Ransom would get the idea across, but the graphics and move combos are vastly superior to RCR.

I had to go to the hospital for this before. My insurance sucks and the whole ordeal cost me over a grand so I'm trying to avoid that if possible.mjmjr25 wrote:DT's, you need to go to a hospital, now. You need IV fluids. In case anyone was wondering I'm okay for the moment. My body seems to be stabilizing. Still a bit shaky but not delusional or anxious anymore. Man though, this stuff is crazy. Not totally sure what was a dream and what wasn't for the last 10 or so hours.

Do you know about Ebay saved search? It'll send you a daily email when new items match your query. I suggest using it to save you from manual searching.mjmjr25 wrote: I check for both those games every 2-3 days. Almost had PKT for $200 2-3 weeks ago on ebay, but another guy came in and grabbed it. There is one at $250 now, but that's high imo. $200 is the spot for PKT.

RMAing my graphics card. Back to 2006 for me.
Found a GeForce 8600 I bought around then to hold me over. It gets the job done I guess.

Older. Not wiser.
Re: Random Thoughts Thread
I went through the same thing in January. Funnily enough, I didn't have the urge to play a single graphics-demanding game through the month or so I was without my graphics card. I still haven't even broke it in with something like The Witcher 2.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:RMAing my graphics card. Back to 2006 for me.![]()

I'm thinking that my plan to eat less meat and junk food is going to end poorly if it just makes me smoke more and eat quesadillas or cereal for every meal.

Re: Random Thoughts Thread
Saved searches are great if the seller uses the product listing / stock photo, etc. But it misses quite a few of the others - particularly if there are typos, etc. On a game like Psychic Killer, this is often the case. This game can be called:gtmtnbiker wrote:Do you know about Ebay saved search? It'll send you a daily email when new items match your query. Psychic Killer
Psychic Assassin
Psychic Killer/Assassin Taromaru (Psychic and Taromaru are often misspelled)
or variations of the JP title
Shinrei Jusatsushi Taroumaru
So, that email search, in this case, only turns up a fraction of the available copies. It can be useful for other things though, for sure.

Re: Random Thoughts Thread
I just use keywords. You can have multiple save searches with the various mispellings if you like. It does not have to be tied to a product listing or stock photo.mjmjr25 wrote: Saved searches are great if the seller uses the product listing / stock photo, etc.
Here are my current ones:
gamecube component cable
saturn memory card
etc.

At work today I read some Sonic fanfiction written by an 8 year old.
Still better than most of the stuff I find on the internet.

Joystick Jabberwocky, by Frank Jacobs
'Twas Billy, and the Shyguy Clones
Did Grax and Grumple in the Kraid;
All Lizzie were the Hanger Zones,
And Phanto Renegade.
"Beware the Shadow Boss, my son!
The Killer Clams, the Mummy Men!
Don't Goomba with a Neul, and shun,
The Death Breath known as Ken!"
He Holtzed at Zigmos from afar,
Dodged Zombie Slime with lightning scroll,
While Zelda in her Mamda Jar
Made Yuki with a Troll.
And as he Beaked for Pyradoks,
The Shadow Boss Twinbellowed through,
Backed up by Pengs, Chicago Ox,
Twelve Ninjas and McGoo.
Dagoom! Dagoom! Zabs met their doom!
And When the final Folfu fell,
Lay Bloopered ranks of Battletanks
And Mario as well.
"And hast thou zapped the Shadow Boss?
Well, spike my Foss! No Sniffit thee!
Kello! Kello! O Porcupo!"
He Dakkered in his Skree.
