Thank you all for suggesting RF Generation! I used IGN's collection feature back in the day, but it wasn't as comprehensive and easy to use as RFG's is. It was real fun studying the labels to my Atari 2600 games and the screws on the back of the NES games also seeing what type of Seal of Quality they had But yeah it's finally complete and now it's also linkable so check out the greatness of my humble 250 games

I knew I had a ton of 2600 games, but for that to barely beat out my nice DC set? Yeah I'm a bit shocked

2 reasons why I have as many of those as I do --

1) I did not get an NES till Christmas of 1989, was still rocking out the 7800 (which I still have)

2) A year or two before that someone my dad knew just gave away nearly 50 of those games to me. Obviously by the late 80s the 2600 was getting a bit stale That's why there are a few Sears-branded titles mixed in too with the other games.

But it does go by the number of screws in the back of the games. That's important these days.

You know, anyone can submit a new variant. I have seen carts that specify without ® before, so I know they exist in the database. If they're missing some (it's an ever on-going project), you should submit them.

Yes, they approved a change I made on a release year for Bart Simpson's Escape From Camp Deadly for Game Boy. It was erroneously listed as 1993, when it in fact came out in 1991.

Ok ok so I do feel for Zing and I probably would have acted the same. Never knew there were so many re-releases and variants on Atari and Nintendo titles back in the day till I went over to RFG

I submit games, info, and corrections to RF Gen a lot. That site relies on the users to keep the database up to date. Check out some of the SMS variants and you can see how detailed it gets.
