You weren't lying when you said you were a night owl. Why haven't you joined the super exclusive secret Late Night Crew yet?

I had a bottle of this on Saturday. It was very good. The spice of coriander really topped it off. It was ice cold, yet the spice made you think the beer was warm. lol

That's a huge trend now in home brewing. Hoppy with a touch of coriander.

It's much more of a winter beer than a spring/summer beer, but good none the less. I have also been told that it goes well with Mexican food, seeing as how most salsas use coriander.

It was! Skip it if you're on a budget, but if you can treat yourself, it's worth it. Strong and delicious. Do you like imperial stouts?

The last chocolate stout I had was Young's double chocolate stout. Very smooth. Yeah, I am a big fan of imperial stouts. Samuel Smith makes a very nice one. If you hold it up to the light, you can't see through it, haha.

I haven't tried that yet! I think I'll try to find it for this weekend.

Jeez, have any of you drank Everclear vodka before? Just slugged some and god damn my throat was an inferno.
