Turns out that its 'Magical Hat Turbo Flying Adventure' - the game that Decap Attack is based on. Its worth about £30 complete, shame I've only got the cart but that still pretty cool to own.

Yes, it´s the unofficial sequel to Psycho Fox for the Sega Master System, or at the very least you can see that several elements are the same.
