Anyhow, what the fuck? Are they serious? The last Rampage game was made in 2006, and it wasn't very good. Can't they at least adapt games that are actually relevant? This is like suddenly deciding that they need to make a movie based on Final Fight.

This is a silly, silly idea.

They are also making an Asteroids movie, or at least it was in the works or something so

At least Asteroids has some culture recognition. Do anyone besides retro gamers really give a shit about Rampage?

I haven't seen it, but the trailer actually looks pretty fun.

I'd love to listen in on the meetings where they decide that this is a good idea. These producers are hilariously out of touch.

This could actually be kinda cool if they take the right approach. I'd love to see a film about 3 modern-day men (wait... Lizzy was a girl, right?) mutating into gigantic, city-wreckin', human-devouring beasts... only to be either transformed back at the end, returning to the arms of their love-interests; or shot down in a blaze of glory.

I'd definitely pay for a ticket to see that on the big screen, especially with some rad 3-D effects.

Whenever I bring my PS1 to a party, someone always wants to play Rampage. It's got a lot of recognition where I live. I don't think people would pay to see the movie though. I sure wouldn't!

Oh you guys are a bunch of killjoys. :P

I'll see it. Rampage being what it is, it promises to be mindless destructive fun, and I can always get behind that.
